Using JA 305W modules, this installation totals 4.27kW and was installed to help our customer save money on their bills but also for environmental reasons. This install will reduce our customers carbon footprint by over 2000kg a year!
The 14 modules are split into two arrays, with some modules optimised by Tigo optimisation to reduce any negative shading effects. These feed into a GoodWe inverter with integrated Wi-Fi, the online monitoring portal was also set up giving our customer visibility of his system. To improve energy self-consumption an iBoost was also installed, this diverts any surplus energy to heat water in an immersion tank.
